Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking The Beat Boutique for your event.
To secure a date, a non-refundable booking deposit is required. The date remains open to other enquiries until this deposit is received. The remaining balance is typically due on or before the day of the event.
The Beat Boutique will arrive at the venue approximately 60-90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to set up and soundcheck. We require a safe supply of electricity and a suitable performance area.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within [X] weeks of the event may incur additional fees. If The Beat Boutique cannot perform due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, illness), we will endeavor to find a suitable replacement or refund the deposit in full.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure the venue permits live music and has appropriate licensing. Sound limiters at venues may affect performance volume and quality.
The Beat Boutique holds public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for any injury or damage caused by guests or venue staff.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
