We had the Beat Boutique play at our wedding in Dublin City Centre. This 4-piece band is one of a kind who are exceptionally talented! They played flawlessly on the night, even better than the original versions and they kept the party going all night with a full dance floor. They were so versatile and played many different genres, even modern songs such as Daft Punk - Get Lucky, which we love! Everyone enjoyed them on the night and we received so many compliments afterwards from many saying it was nothing like they've seen at a wedding before. We requested that they would dress casual like a cool rock band and it worked perfectly matching our casual wedding theme. All booking and organisation was done with Joanna who has been such a professional with guiding us through the process. She is so lovely and she checked in with us at various times with information and requests of our preferences. We knew we were in good hands. Thanks Joanna! We recommend keeping an eye on their website to see their live gig dates, this is how we made our choice! They really are something else, go see them for yourself!

From start to finish the guys had everyone on the dancefloor. The rolled through hit after hit in a seamless fashion. They are seriously talented musicians and know how to read their crowd. All of our guests commented on how amazing they sounded and how slick the performance was. Then as soon as they had played the last live song the guys rolled into the DJ set without a pause. It was the perfect way to keep everyone on the floor dancing the night away. Can’t thank them enough for providing the soundtrack to our amazing wedding.

This band are amazing!!! They went down a storm on our wedding day. Every single person commented on their sound and the versatility of their set. They played a fantastic set that touched on every type of genre. Even if there was a song that they played that I'm generally not a fan of, they still did a great job of it and still had me dancing! I actually didn't leave the dance floor all night and I'm typically found skulling pints at the bar instead!! The most impressive thing about the band is how well they cover songs that you request. Myself and my wife picked "Let's Dance" by David Bowie as our first dance song but it was a particularly obscure live version that's quite different from the original. They played the song perfectly. They also provide a DJ service afterwards. Again, they played such a versatile set of songs. They certainly got the right feel for the general taste in the room without us giving them much to go on. Very impressive! I don't think we could have picked a better band to play at our wedding. They were simply unbelievable. Even the night porter mentioned to us as we were heading to bed that he enjoyed the music! You really can't go wrong with The Beat Boutique.

The Beat Boutique surpassed our expectations as our wedding band. We went to one of their showcases so knew they would be good but hadn't expected the level of music we got on the night. From the minute I bumped into the lads in reception before we kicked off the night, they were up for a laugh.
The dancefloor was full all night, and I for one, forgot to leave the floor! The range of music suited one and all, literally every single guest commented on the quality and standard of music.
The lads were absolutely fantastic, the craic between them filtered to the dancefloor where we laughed and danced all night long. They did a really fabulous version of Jason Mraz -" I won't give up" for our first dance.
We literally couldn’t have asked for better, and if we could do it all again we would. We can't recommend the band highly enough, along with the background team for the effortless booking and payment system, it was literally stress free!
Thank you all so much for playing a part in our big day. We honestly felt the band was one of the most important elements and The Beat Boutique surpassed every expectation we had.

We booked the Beat Boutique through Joanna at Music Angel. Joanna was extremely responsive to email and provided very clear information on how the process works. The Band were absolutely brilliant. They play a great array of contemporary and classic songs. The dance floor was literally packed from start to finish. There was not one song that people didn't love.
They also provided the DJ service. They played all of the songs which we had requested and kept the songlist current. It was an amazing day and a huge thank you to Music Angel and the Beat Boutique. We would highly recommend!

We live in London and didn't have time to go home to view bands for our wedding. But we always knew what kind of music we wanted - no cheesy, old-fashioned, cliched wedding band - but contemporary, fun stuff with a bit of rock, pop and oldies. I listened to a bunch of bands online, but once we saw The Beat Boutique's youtube videos they were number 1 on our wishlist!
From our first email querying dates and prices, to the days leading up to the wedding, the contact was brilliant, so professional, helpful and organised - which was a great comfort when organising a wedding from abroad. And on the big night itself, the band were pure class and great craic.
From our first dance, Elbow's 'One Day Like This', to random stuff like an 80s electro-pop mix which had everyone out, modern pop, Blink 182 and Maniac - there were so many songs where I was screaming 'I love this one'. We had people out dancing who "never dance at weddings" and lots of guests were asking who were the band (they actually didn't have any banner up displaying their name). Our DJ even got them to do an encore and said they played all his best tunes!
The music features strongly in our memories of our wedding day, so thank you Beat Boutique for providing such a great gig at our reception - it was fantastic and the memories still make me smile!

The Beat Boutique were just fantastic- so professional to deal with in the run up to the wedding and so helpful in relation to our first dance request. On the night they were great and so understanding of a slight delay in timing. They had the whole dance floor full all night and everyone raved about them after the wedding too. We could not have asked for better! Our legs nearly fell off from all the dancing!

The Beat Boutique were unreal! I had given up hope of finding a professional, non-cheesy, well-dressed, good harmony singing, not overly crowd interacting perfect band and then I was recommended Steve, Pete and Russell of The Beat Boutique - they fulfilled all our criteria and more! We loved how they sang songs most bands would leave to the DJ - they are phenomenal! I'd recommend them to anyone - our guest said it was like being at a concert! Our first dance was Ho Hey, again a Lennon and Maisie version - the band learned it for us and sang it perfectly, not a hint of the Lumineers version to be heard!
The bridal party and our parents joined us halfway though and from then on, the dancefloor was packed! They also provided the DJ, which kept the party going into the small hours. We didn't stop dancing - I was loving every minute of it!

Amidst the lovely shores of Donegal, an autumnal wedding took place between the lovely Tudors actress Laura-Jane Laughlin and Padraig Dornan. The Beat Boutique just cannot resist mingling with the celeb scene in Ireland, and this night proved it. Not only did Laura-Jane, who plays Madge Shelton in the BBC Series of The Tudors add some drama to the night, but so did her musically inclined hubby, who serenaded Laura with Sweet Thing by Van Morrison, followed by a few spontaneous tunes from yet another famous face, Riverdance and High King’s lead singer Darren Holden who threw out some Beatles for us. Amazing location, amazing night, with fabulous, dramatic people. What more could we ask for.

Nothing Compares to This?: The Beat Boutique Living The Dream
It was a fateful afternoon at the Mill House in Slane on 3rd August 2013. We just knew there was something in the air. And so the nuptials of Mary Coughlan’s daughter progressed. The Beat Boutique are a fairly simple trio of guys, we realised as we set-up our bits and bobs.
We like performing.
We like making couples happy.
We LOVE spontaneity.
So you can imagine our glee when Sinead O Connor and Mary Coughlan themselves decide to join us on stage. Nothing major like. Just chilling with some world-class superstars as one would say or should we say just chilling with Sinny and Mary. We’ve even started referring to one another as ‘mate’ and we text frequently, often Skyping one another and meeting for impromptu coffee dates in Bewleys, because that’s just what happens when you roll with the high flyers. We’ll probably even send each other Christmas presents and maybe, an Easter Egg or two. Ok, a bit far now. But still. We told you that our gigs are unpredictable and unforgettable.

"Rob and I are just back from honeymoon and wanted to drop you a few lines to let you know how very happy we were with The Beat Boutique! Our day was magic, and the band played a big part in the magic of it all – they were just fabulous. Several of our guests said that this was the best wedding band they have ever heard, and Margaret from Ashley Park House took note of them, too, so I hope you get more bookings this way. The girls from Ashley Park House all had a crush on the boys and were still telling us the day after how gorgeous they were!
Everything ran very smoothly, they were on time and set up very quickly. They couldn’t have been nicer, real gentlemen, and the music – simply fantastic. I will never forget our first dance, or the last dance before their break, when they called Rob and me up again and played Isn’t She Lovely – I’m still getting emotional thinking back! And the last few songs, when literally everybody was up dancing- none of us wanted the band to finish! And I had been afraid that nobody would dance…… (one of our guests had her leg in a cast, from toes to hip, and even she was up dancing on her crutches!!)
Also, it was lovely how the band accommodated Laura, Rob’s daughter, to sing her song, she felt nervous but at ease with the guys, and she was very happy.
So, a big, big THANK YOU from us to The Beat Beautique. We wish them continued success in all they do, and I hope you keep us posted – I would love to see and hear them again. And last, but not least, a big THANK YOU to you Niamh, it was a pleasure dealing with you, your professional approach puts every excited bride at ease – and you knew exactly what we were looking for, and it was a huge success."
