Our Story
We met at a music college jam session in 2012. Four lads from different backgrounds - a rock guitarist, a classically trained pianist, a jazz bassist, and a drummer who'd played everything from trad to metal. We had no business sounding good together.
But something clicked. That telepathic chemistry you get when musicians truly listen to each other. The unspoken communication that turns four individuals into one living, breathing unit.
We started gigging pubs, then corporate events, then someone asked us to play their wedding. That first wedding changed everything. Watching a packed dancefloor, seeing a couple's face light up during their first dance, feeling the raw emotion of a room full of people celebrating love - we were hooked.
Since then, we've played over 500 weddings across Ireland. Ashford Castle to local GAA halls. 50-person intimate gatherings to 400-guest extravaganzas. Every wedding is different, but our commitment is always the same: we treat your wedding like it's the most important gig we've ever played. Because to you, it is.
Why "Boutique"?
When we started, agencies kept approaching us. "Join our roster, we'll get you more gigs." The catch? They wanted to swap musicians around. Use our name but send different players to different weddings.
We said no. Every time.
We're a boutique band because we believe the chemistry between us - the timing, the in-jokes, the way Steve knows Pete is about to extend that guitar solo, the way Carl and Ben lock in during the chorus - that chemistry is what makes dancefloors unforgettable. You can't fake it with session musicians who met in the venue car park.
The four guys you see in every video, every photo, every review - we're the four guys who'll set up at your venue and play until the lights come on.
